  • Founder and CEO of Do Good Foods, which raised over $200M and upcycled 40M lbs of surplus grocery food in its first year, reducing over 5,000 MT of CO2.  Grew from a pilot scale to over 100 people, partnered with the largest retailers (Target, Albertsons, Kroger) and out competed national brands within year 1 including Tyson and Perdue. Pioneered the first real time carbon equation using primary data that was ISO certified and USDA / FSIS approved that quantified the impact of each retail Do Good chicken product (saving 3lbs of GHG and 4 lbs of surplus grocery per Do Good Chicken). Built a brand that was globally recognized tallying over 2B brand impressions and 120 articles in the first year. Launched nationally co-branded product portfolio with the 2nd largest poultry producer in the U.S. and the largest food service distributor Sysco bringing sustainability to scale through existing supply chains. Launched to over 600 corporate locations via Compass Foodbuy partnership, including Google, Harvard, and the U.S Senate.

  • Help start KDC Solar, a large-scale solar net- metered generation projects totaling 125MW and $500M in financing for clients like Pfizer, Eli Lilly, and Six Flags.  Help permit, engineer, build, own and operate these projects that were providing cheap electricity to these clients under 10-20 year long contracts.  Pioneered a major solution for a solar cogeneration technology implementation with ALCOA and the Jamaican Government with support from the IMF.

  • Founded Mend, a food-as-medicine platform backed by global investors and reimbursed by insurance agencies, raising over $20M from leaders including S2G Ventures, I-Select, Touchdown Ventures.  Products are clinically studied for specific indications and now receiving reimbursement from major insurance providers through the leading hospitals.

  • First investor and board member of Loliware, a seaweed based bio-resin company pioneering sustainable plastic alternatives.  Other investors include L-Catterton and Mark Cuban.

  • Coordinated joint venture partnerships in carbon-negative concrete production and large-scale cardboard upcycling that have now raised $10M’s from some of the largest companies including Chevron and Lafarge. 

  • Extensive media presence with over 2 billion brand impressions and features in CNBC, Forbes, TED, ABC, NBC, Fast Company, Food Tank, REFED, Semi Permanent, and much more.
